John Lloyd Cruz together with Angel Locsin stars on their first ever on screen team up in the upcoming horror-fantaserye Imortal. Though nobody can really tell (except maybe those who are directly working on it) as to what the real plot of Imortal, some says it’s a sequel to Angel Locsin’s Lobo and that it’s a story of forbidden love between mortal enemies of the fantasy world, a werewolf falling in love with a vampire. Anyway, whatever the theme may be, I’m sure fans of John Lloyd Cruz and Angel Locsin are now excited to see the two together on screen.

Joining John Lloyd Cruz and Angel Locsin on the set of Imortal are former Rivermaya frontman Rico Blanco, Jomari Yllana, Justin Cuyugan and Jake Roxas. Produced by ABS-CBN in celebration to the said network’s 60 years of Pinoy Soap Opera, Imortal is set to premiere next month (August) on Philippine television.
